Corey Drake - Safety Consultant
A native of Paducah, KY; Corey graduated from Heath High School, further pursuing his education, Corey received a BS in Safety Sciences from Murray State University.
Corey started his safety career with a Safety Internship at Paducah & Louisville Railroad where he gained valuable knowledge while working in the railroad industry.
After College, Corey pursued his safety career with Bilfinger Industrial Services as a Safety Technician. Corey was able to learn and gain valuable knowledge in HSE, while working at the Kellogg’s Plant in Jackson, TN.
Eager to return to Paducah, Corey accepted a position with HealthWorks Safety, LLC where he serves as a Safety Consultant.
Terry Bolton - Safety Consultant
A native of Paducah Kentucky, Terry completed his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Murray State University in the mid 90's. Terry was always an avid fisherman and after he graduated college, Terry became a professional fisherman and has enjoyed a successful career in the professional fishing circuit. When Terry is not on the fishing circuit, Terry puts his knowledge and skills from the Safety and Health degree to use and supports our customers in the industrial and commercial construction markets throughout Western Kentucky, Southern Illiniois, Southeast Missouri and Northwest Tennessee.
Mike Groves, CSP - Director of Safety
A native of Western Kentucky, Mike graduated from Graves County High School followed with the completion of his BS in OSHA at Murray State University. Upon graduation in 2003, Mike joined a large EPC company with a focus on Oil and Gas Infrastructure where he gained a wide range of experience managing HSE.
His career began working domestically in the USA for 4+ years in a large refinery in Pine Bend, MN. Ready for a new opportunity, in 2007 Mike moved to Dubai, UAE where he transitioned into a Regional Role responsible for the HSE in the Europe Africa and Middle East region.
In 2012 Mike was promoted to Global HSE Director for the Steel Plate Structure division moving him to Houston, TX. Then in 2013, an opportunity arose to lead HSE for one of the largest industrial projects in the world valued at $54 billion.
Finally, in 2016, after three years with remarkable improvement to the safety performance on the project along with being away for nearly 13 years, Mike felt it was time to come home.
Mike was fortunate enough to have found that opportunity when he partnered with Dr. Kyle Turnbo and create HealthWorks Safety, LLC; an affiliate to HealthWorks Medical, LLC.
